Procurement Explorer – Wierzbowski Eversheds guide to Polish public procurement law

What is it?

Procurement Explorer is a guide to Polish procurement law in the form of an English-language mobile app. It offers practical answers to questions from this extensive field of law. We strive to assure that the knowledge base of the guide reflects current changes in public procurement law and provides accurate assistance to users of the app. Thus you can be confident that the information contained in Procurement Explorer is up-to-date.

Whom is it for?

Even though answers to questions about procurement law in Poland are generally available, and found in most commentaries to the principal act—the Public Procurement Law—our clients often turn to us for clarifications. It turns out that the traditional legal commentaries are too broad, particularly for managers, who expect immediate, simple, brief and concrete answers to basic questions.

English-speaking clients are in a more difficult situation. So far no guides to Polish public procurement law have been published in English. In order to fill this gap, we created Procurement Explorer: a collection of responses in English to the questions most often raised by our clients for which there are relatively clear and simple answers.

If you work in public procurement or have an interest in the area, you are an English-speaking manager of public procurement projects or a foreign in-house lawyer, this app is for you.

How does it work?

Procurement Explorer is easy to use. Just download the app to your iPhone or iPad.

The app is easy on your phone, your budget and your privacy:

• It takes up little memory on your device.
• Using the application is free of charge.
• The application does not collect any personal data from users.

Procurement Explorer enables the user to review content in the Q&A format or through a search, but the user may store the results and return to them easily the next time the application is launched.
